PRICE MATCHING GUIDELINES
At our Tellus Self Storage Covington location we offer a price match in order to guarantee you the lowest price in our area. Our take on things is that if a competitor has lowered their prices or are holding a promotion we are unaware of, then we will give you the same deal so you can be in the facility you need to be at. There are a few things you’ll have to keep in mind in order to cash in on this wonderful program we offer here at Tellus Self Storage Covington.
- Must Be An Apples To Apples Facility: For example, they have to be of the same caliber company, offer the same amenities (i.e. cameras, gates, 24/7 access, etc.) and be within a 10 mile radius of our facility on Highway 36
- Must Have Price and/or Promotion In Writing: You’ll need to bring us a written quote for the size and type (i.e. 10×15 climate controlled unit for $210/mo.) either on the competitors business card or letterhead. And remember, if the competitor has terms and conditions with that promotion, you’ll be subject to those same terms (or our terms) here.
- Must Be Prior To Move In: Unfortunately we can only offer this price match in the event that you bring the price or promotion in PRIOR to moving into our facility.
