No manager anymore

I've used tellus since April 2020, when joining ms Jan was the manager, when I say sweet southern and amazing thats what mean. She left tellus awhile back and now you get no help, no contact with a human, no one making sure things are clean or comfortable. I have 2 unites here but thinking of moving due to the lack of customer service.
