Came in to look for a storage. Did not need a storage because I moved to a new town but Mrs. Deidre Bell was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone in the Hattiesburg area.
Unit was as described. Rental agent was very helpful.

I found MS Deirdre Bell to be helpful even to the point of shooting a short video of the turning radius to one of the larger rentals which I needed. I was concerned that equipment that I was having delivered might not negotiate the turn. Being from out of town, there was no way to go there and view the surroundings and Google Earth was only marginal help. The unit had been freshly swept and everything was as was promised. Having 110v power outlet was convenient.

I recently received a notice that my required insurance they had on file was expired. I believe I received the email notice on a Thursday or Friday and responded the next Monday. So we're talking about 3 - 4 days of which included a weekend. I sent them a copy of my homeowners policy showing I had coverage. This was just a week into the new month. The following month I logged on to pay my bill and see they not only charged me insurance for last month but also the new month. I called and they did credit the new month which should have already been done(It was in response to their email after all) but then they refused to credit the previous month insurance charge because I didn't respond with 48 hours of their email. I will do everything in my power to get out of this facility before the month is up. Not only has my rent gone up every year but the facility is NOT clean. I have a huge pot hole in front of my unit that they occasionally fill with gravel and has been this way for 3 years. With what we're paying they could actually fix it. It's my fault for being lazy and leaving my stuff their. I guess it's what they count on to make their money.

The manager at this facility literally moved my last load of furniture into the road on August 20th when she thought we had moved out. The company requires a 10 day notice of move out. The manager obviously did not read the email nor the letter written stated we would be out on the 31st, the end of our paid contract. We had not finished needless to say. Our furniture was found at another storage building in the same facility. Manager moved our furniture back BUT drug and broke my table int literal pieces. The whole thing was illegal and this manager should be INFORMED of the legalities of moving a customers belongings from the PAID in Full storage area when the CONTRACT is still in force. I have moved around due to my job for years and this has been the WORST place I have ever stored in. Be aware of lazy management and poor conditions at these type of places. I would never recommend this place.

We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. It appears after the 10 day notice was received, the unit was left unlocked and the door was left in the open position. We instruct our customer to do these things when they have vacated the unit to indicate a move out. The items were cleared out of the unit so the unit could be swept and sprayed to get it ready for the next tenants. We are sorry for the confusion.
