Tellus Self Storage - McDowell offers 215 non-climate controlled storage units ranging in sizes 10 x 10 to 10 x 30. You may have household or personal items such as family heirlooms, small furniture and appliances. If so, our medium sized units are your best option. If you have more commercial needs, store your inventory, office supplies, and important files. We’re the most popular place for local beverage vendors to store items as well. Our largest units are big enough to store your boats, RVs, campers or antique cars.
Once you rent a space with us, you’ll have unlimited 24 hour access via our electronic gate. The facility is under video surveillance at all times and our call center is available 24/7 when you have questions or need assistance. Stop by the office if you need moving and packing supplies.

- Get on I-20 E from Clinton Pkwy and Springridge Rd
- Use the right lane to take the ramp onto I-20 E
- Continue on I-20 E to Jackson. Take the exit for I – 55 South (stay in the lane and exit)
- Take exit 92A from I-55 S
- Turn left onto E McDowell Rd
- Turn right onto Parcel Drive
- Tellus Self Storage - McDowell will be on the right
From downtown Jackson, MS:
- Head west on E Pearl St toward S Lamar St
- Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto S Gallatin St
- S Gallatin St turns slightly right and becomes E McDowell Rd
- Turn left

From Byram, MS:
- Head northwest on S Siwell Rd toward I-55 South Frontage Rd
